EAC certificate application:

The applicant of Cu certificate must be an enterprise or entrepreneur in the Customs Union country, and the name of the foreign company can only be reflected on the certificate as the manufacturer. When applying for the certificate, the applicant's company registration certificate, tax registration certificate, company phone number, address and the position and name of the person in charge shall be provided.

Application method:

1. Fill in the cu-tr certification application form of the customs union to confirm the name, model, quantity and customs code of the export products.

2. The certification authority shall confirm the product category according to the customs code and product information, and determine the certification scheme.

3. The manufacturer shall submit the product Russian data and technical documents, test reports and supply contracts with CIS countries in accordance with the certification scheme of the certification authority.

4. Experts of certification body shall go to the production plant for product test and quality system audit (if necessary)

5. The production factory shall modify the product data documents or quality system documents (such as unqualified in the initial audit) according to the expert opinions of the organization.

6. The certification body shall prepare the draft certificate, and the applicant shall confirm that the draft is accurate and feed back to the body.

7. Issue of certificate.

8. Paste the EAC certification mark on the product nameplate, and clear the customs with the copy of the certificate.

The validity period of customs union Cu certification is divided into: single batch certificate, 1-year certificate, 3-year certificate and 5-year certificate. The single batch certificate needs to submit the supply contract signed with the CIS countries; the certificate with a validity period of one year or more is called the continuity certificate, which can be exported for many times within the validity period. It needs to be audited by experts of the certification authority. The production plant must have the ISO 9001 system certificate.

According to the requirements of cu-tr certification of Customs Union, different products need to be assessed for conformity according to the regulatory requirements. When a product conforms to multiple instructions at the same time, the certificate of conformity can be obtained only when all instructions are met.
