First, lfgb instruction introduction
In September 2005, lfgb replaced LMBG, the original food and daily necessities method. It is also known as the law on the management of food, tobacco products, cosmetics and other daily necessities. The law is the most important basic legal document in the field of food hygiene management in Germany, and the guideline and core of other special food hygiene laws and regulations. But in recent years, it has also been modified, mainly to match European standards. The regulation has general provisions on all aspects of German food, so the food on the German market and all daily necessities related to food must comply with the law.
The materials or utensils in contact with food must pass the test, conform to articles 30 and 31 of the decree, can be certified as "products without chemical toxic substances" by lfgb test report issued by authorized agency, and can be sold in German market.
